Whole30 Day 2

I have lasted two days! Woohoo! To be honest it hasn’t been that bad. I have eggs and veggies or fruits in the morning, chicken and veggies for lunch and then some form of protein and veggies for dinner. I have some nuts for a snack if I get hungry and then fruit for dessert! I’m not hungry as long as I keep making sure I have enough protein, and the only ‘bad foods’ I want is chocolate. My mom thinks that craving will subside…but I don’t think so.

I made some roasted almonds with rosemary, they turned out alright but I’ll have to work on them before I share the recipe.

 

 

Hopefully I can figure out some recipes this weekend!
